Her style is warm, person-centered, and collaborative. Yesi believes therapy should be guided by the client, with the therapist supporting and reflecting alongside them. She prioritizes creating a welcoming space where clients feel heard, validated, and understood. Building a strong connection and rapport is central to her work, and she approaches each session with genuine compassion and openness.
Yesi believes that progress in therapy can be seen in small but meaningful changes. She works with clients to increase self-awareness, manage emotions more effectively, and build healthier patterns over time. Her approach combines practical therapeutic tools with a deep respect for each person’s individuality and lived experience.
As a bilingual Latinx counselor, Yesi is especially passionate about supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and feel empowered to move toward healing and peace.
Outside of her work, Yesi enjoys reading, walking, and dancing on her own as ways to recharge and stay connected to herself. She finds it most rewarding when clients share that they feel a sense of peace and relief through their therapeutic journey.
