I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy, transformational breathwork, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.
I have been providing psychotherapy for adults, children and families for more than 20 years. I have a varied background, which includes expertise in completing mental health assessments in emergency situations and assisting individuals and family members who have chronic illnesses. I also have expertise in working with teens and young adults in therapeutic outdoor settings.
I am committed to helping you integrate unexpressed emotions by increasing your awareness of how your thoughts and beliefs impact your life.
