Her style is insight-oriented, compassionate, and direct. Rose creates a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, better understand themselves, and begin to shift how they view their life experiences. She works best with individuals who are ready to grow, reflect, and make meaningful changes in how they see themselves and their journey.

Clients can expect therapy to feel like a process of self-discovery — gaining clarity, building confidence, and developing a deeper sense of understanding and direction. Rose believes that readiness for change is a key part of the therapeutic process and works collaboratively with clients to help them move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

She finds it especially rewarding to witness clients grow in self-awareness and begin to feel better about themselves and their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Rose enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling.
