Known for her calm, reflective, and non-judgmental presence, Debra creates a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She approaches therapy with warmth and collaboration, helping individuals explore their struggles through thoughtful questioning and gentle challenges that encourage new perspectives. Clients often describe her as caring, accepting, and easy to talk to — someone who makes it comfortable to share even their deepest concerns.

In early sessions, Debra focuses on building connection, getting to know each client, and identifying meaningful therapy goals. Progress in her work often looks like improved overall mental health, healthier daily functioning, and a stronger sense of self. She aims to help clients feel better equipped to approach their challenges with insight, resilience, and a renewed mindset.

Debra is passionate about helping people find relief and healing when they feel unable to resolve issues on their own. She values creating a trusting therapeutic relationship that feels supportive yet growth-oriented — often described as similar to talking with a trusted, compassionate friend while gaining practical tools for change.

Outside of her clinical work, Debra enjoys reading, continuing her education, and spending time with her family.
